Purchase terms

1. Seller

The seller is the publisher of THE RIDE, details on the invoice.

2. What you buy

The buyer purchases a listing under a QR code in THE RIDE Warsaw magazine:

• in one category: restaurants, hotels or events;
• in one position: 1, 2 or 3;
• for one period as set out in section 3.

The listing shows the venue or event name and the link provided by the buyer.

3. Period

Restaurants and hotels: calendar month. Events: week, Monday to Sunday. The listing is visible from the first to the last day of the period.

4. „Featured” label

Every paid listing is marked „Featured”.

5. Editorial standard

• Editorial recommendations are not for sale.
• Our editors review every listing before publication.
• The editors may refuse a listing or ask for changes to its text or link.

6. Price and payment

• Net price as shown on the price list, plus 23% VAT. Net prices:
• restaurants and hotels, per calendar month: position 1: PLN 1 050 (gross PLN 1 291.50), position 2: PLN 750 (gross PLN 922.50), position 3: PLN 550 (gross PLN 676.50);
• events, per week: position 1: PLN 400 (gross PLN 492), position 2: PLN 300 (gross PLN 369), position 3: PLN 200 (gross PLN 246);
• restaurants and hotels, per week: price on request.
• Payment of 100% when ordering, via Stripe: by card or BLIK.
• The position is held as soon as payment is made.
• We issue the VAT invoice (KSeF) after payment to the details given in the form and send it to the email provided within 3 business days. The payment confirmation is not an invoice.
• Businesses that do not pay by card may pay by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, on request; the position is then held once payment is received.
• Issue 01 (January 2027): order and payment due by 2026-12-04.

7. Refunds

• Full refund if the editors refuse the listing.
• Full refund if the listing is not published for reasons on the publisher's side.
• Refunds are made via Stripe to the same payment method the buyer used (for bank transfer payments: to the account the payment came from).
• Cancellation by the buyer after payment: terms to be decided (PYTANIA.md, question 6).

8. Exclusions

We do not accept listings for:

• alcohol, including beer;
• taxis, ride-hailing apps and passenger transport.

9. Business buyers only

Purchases are open only to businesses with a Polish tax ID (NIP). These terms do not apply to consumers.

10. Personal data

• The data controller is the publisher of THE RIDE, details on the invoice.
• We process the contact person's data to fulfil the order, issue the invoice and contact them about the listing.
• We keep the data for the period required by tax law.
• The contact person may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
